Hi, I’m Kay.
Women’s Wellbeing Guide | Embodiment, Nourishment & Ritual
As a certified holistic health coach, I support women in improving their overall health and relationship with their bodies through a whole-person approach to wellness that honors the mind, body, and spirit. My work combines holistic nutrition, diet and lifestyle support, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, and intentional self-care practices to help clients feel more grounded, balanced, energized, and connected to themselves. Through personalized guidance and supportive spaces, I help women create sustainable wellness habits, nourish their bodies in a way that feels aligned, and build routines that support long-term health, healing, and self-trust.
Rather than striving or fixing, I invite a slower, more devotional way of being. One that honors the body’s wisdom, the cycles of nature, and the quiet guidance within. Through ritual, energetic support, and embodied practices, we soften patterns that no longer serve and remember what it feels like to live in alignment.
I believe wellbeing doesn’t need to feel rigid or overwhelming. It can feel earthy, intuitive, and deeply personal. This is a space for rest, reflection, and renewal. For listening inward and reconnecting with what’s true for you.

1:1Embodied Guidance
Personalized, one-on-one support to help you reconnect with your body, restore your natural rhythm, and feel more grounded in everyday life. Sessions may include intuitive nourishment practices, embodiment tools, and guidance tailored to your unique health and wellness journey. I believe deeply that well-being is not one-size-fits-all—we each have our own distinct needs and path to healing.
Cyclical & Feminine Rhythm Support
One-on-one sessions for women seeking to understand and align with their natural cycles, energy shifts, and emotional rhythms. This offering centers on awareness, embodiment, and self-trust through personalized education and supportive lifestyle practices. Together, we explore cycle syncing—learning how to nourish, move, and care for your body in alignment with each phase of your cycle—so you can work with your body rather than against it.
The Rooted Body
A 6–12 week holistic health coaching container designed to support educators in feeling more rooted, nourished, and connected to their bodies, both inside and outside the classroom. Includes weekly one-on-one sessions, personalized nutrition and lifestyle guidance, and supportive practices such as breathwork, grounding tools, and gentle rituals. Together, we’ll work to regulate your nervous system, restore your energy, and create sustainable, embodied well-being so you can show up with more presence, clarity, and ease in your daily life.
